Article 21.5 of our General Terms requires Rare Studio OÜ to retain and make available every previous version of the Terms, with its effective date. This page is that archive.
A published version is never edited. Any change, including a change of form, is published as a new version and announced by e-mail at least 30 days before it takes effect, under Article 21.2.
02Versions
03How versions apply to a client
Each client account records the version and the language version accepted at sign-up. That record is not updated automatically when a new version is published.
Where a new version materially and adversely affects a client's rights, the client may terminate without penalty by notice given before the new version takes effect, with a pro-rata refund of the retainer paid in advance, under Article 21.3.
For major versions, acceptance is requested again through the same three separate confirmations used at sign-up.
04Language versions
The Terms are published in Estonian, English and Romanian. For clients established in Estonia the Estonian version prevails; for clients established in Romania the Romanian version prevails; for all other clients the English version prevails, under Article 24.5.
